Ingredients:
- 1/8 cup butter
- 1 minced onion (fry it)
- 1 lb. ground elk (brown it)
Add:
- ½ bottle of Hot Ketchup
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. chili sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Cook on low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve in toasted hot-dog buns.
Please note that if you double the recipe, you should not double the amount of Tabasco sauce.
