Elk Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1/8 cup butter
  • 1 minced onion (fry it)
  • 1 lb. ground elk (brown it)

Add:

  • ½ bottle of Hot Ketchup
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. chili sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

 Preparation:

Cook on low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve in toasted hot-dog buns.

Please note that if you double the recipe, you should not double the amount of Tabasco sauce.
